Moe's strives to be the 'one-stop-shop' for all your dock and boat lift needs. In addition, we try to make your time at the lake more enjoyable by providing other services such as dock installation and removal, boat storage, winterization and shrink wrapping, mini storage and many other helpful service. Moe’s Hardware and Docks has been in business for over 27 years serving the Brainerd Lakes community. We now have a second dock and lift Sales Office in Nisswa at 24142 Smiley Rd (218-963-7707) in addition to our primary location in Mission Township at 29146 County Road 3 (218-765-3888).

Our primary business is the sales and servicing of docks and boat lifts, but we also provide a Trustworthy hardware store, 2 mini storage buildings and consignment sales of used docks, lifts, boats and vehicles. We also expanded in 2009 to include WATERCRAFT RENTALS and OUTDOOR SERVICES. We have a very positive image in the community and take great pride in providing quality products at an affordable price. We service our customers before, during and especially AFTER the sale of our products. We do very little advertising since most of our sales come from referrals from past clients.

Company History

The business was established over 27 years ago by Larry ("Moe") Moses. Larry and his wife ran the Trustworthy Hardware store for the first 20 years. Larry continually added product lines to include the Custom Dock line and boat lifts a few years before he sold the business and retired. Bruce and Kara owned the business for about 6 years and were very successful in growing sales year over year, as well as building loyalty with outstanding customer service. Kerry and Brian ("The NEW People") worked with Bruce and Kara for over a year on the purchase of this GREAT BUSINESS. Kerry and Brian are excited to add to the amazing history of MOE'S. 2009 was an EXCEPTIONAL year filled with lots of learning, a few changes and most of all FUN!! We truly feel lucky and blessed to be a part of something with such a rich history and tradition. We vow to carry on the commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction while we continue to GROW!!!
